Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Nairobi, the capital and largest city of Kenya, serves as the hub for most activities in the country, especially tourism. Most tourists begin and end their journeys here. Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, one of our friendly representatives will welcome you and transfer you to your reserved accommodation at the Boma Hotel. After check-in, unwind and enjoy the hotel’s amenities, preparing for your adventure ahead.
Day 2: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve
After a hearty breakfast at the Boma Hotel, you will embark on your journey to Samburu National Reserve, where you will stay at Samburu Sopa Lodge. Upon arrival, check in, relax, and enjoy the lodge facilities before having lunch. Later, set off for an afternoon game drive, exploring the unique wildlife of Samburu. In the evening, savor dinner and settle in for a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Explore Samburu National Reserve
Start your day with breakfast at Samburu Sopa Lodge, then head out for an exhilarating full-day game drive in Samburu National Reserve. This renowned safari destination in Northern Kenya is home to diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, cheetahs, zebras, and giraffes. You may opt to take packed lunch boxes for your game drive or return to the lodge for lunch before continuing your afternoon adventure.
Day 4: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
On Day 4, enjoy an early breakfast before departing for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a scenic drive of approximately 3-4 hours. After checking in at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, take a moment to rest and then enjoy a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, go on a thrilling game drive where you can spot the Big Five and learn about the conservancy’s significant efforts in wildlife conservation. After an exciting day, enjoy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay at the camp.
Days 5 & 6: Adventure at Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Each morning begins with breakfast at the camp, followed by a morning game drive. Return to Sweetwaters for lunch before embarking on another afternoon game drive. Ol Pejeta Conservancy is unique in its conservation efforts, housing endangered species such as the Grévy’s zebra and the last northern white rhinos. Moreover, you might even spot the conservancy’s Boran cattle herds as you learn how cattle grazing contributes to conservation efforts. Days 7 & 8: Lake Nakuru National Park
The journey to Lake Nakuru National Park takes about 4-5 hours. After breakfast, hit the road, stopping briefly at Thompson Falls to enjoy the stunning views and refreshing breezes. Upon arrival, check in at Ziwa Bush Lodge and relax before lunch. Later, venture out for an afternoon game drive. Day 9: From Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Day 10: Full Day in Maasai Mara National Reserve
On Day 10, enjoy breakfast before heading out for a full day of game driving in the Maasai Mara. A packed lunch will be provided for your adventure. Day 12: Journey to Lamu Island
On Day 12, depart the Maasai Mara for Lamu Island, approximately 641 km away. After breakfast at Mara Eden Safari Camp, enjoy a scenic drive, arriving at Majlis Hotel Lamu. Check in and relax before indulging in lunch. Later, enjoy a breathtaking Zion Dhow boat ride, taking in the beauty of the ocean. In the evening, have dinner and unwind at the hotel.
Day 13: Discover Lamu

Day 14: Departure
On your final day, enjoy breakfast before checking out of your hotel. Begin your journey back to Nairobi, a distance of approximately 710 km, which will take about 9-10 hours by road or just 45 minutes by flight to Wilson Airport. During the trip, lunch will be provided, along with a few stopovers for your comfort. Our guide will drop you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight or at your pre-arranged accommodation.
