Day 1: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park
Your adventure begins as you leave Nairobi and travel for approximately two and a half hours to Aberdare National Park. On your way, you will pass through the bustling industrial town of Thika and the lush, cultivated farms of central Kenya. Upon arrival at the club, check in and savor a delicious lunch.
Aberdare National Park boasts a diverse topography featuring icy rivers, breathtaking waterfalls, and lush rainforests. The unique flora and fauna found here are unlike any other in Kenya, with wildlife including leopards, elephants, servals, waterbucks, reedbucks, dik-diks, rhinos, and the elusive bongo. You are sure to catch sight of elephants and buffaloes at the floodlit waterholes of The Ark. Furthermore, the park is home to a rich birdlife, highlighted by the striking monkey-eating crowned eagle.

Day 2: Aberdare National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast at the lodge, we will drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. At 3:00 PM, get ready for an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its iconic flamingos and over 400 species of birds. The lake, a soda lake situated in the Great Rift Valley, can appear completely ringed in pink during peak flamingo season—a truly spectacular sight!
In addition to flamingos, Lake Nakuru is renowned as a vital sanctuary for endangered species, particularly the Rothschild giraffe and both black and white rhinos. Keep an eye out for lions, waterbucks, buffalo, and baboons, all of whom call this park home.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Today, you will travel via the Great Rift Valley to the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve, where you will arrive just in time for lunch at your camp. Afterward, take some time to relax and soak in the stunning sunset over the Mara.
The Masai Mara epitomizes the essence of any African safari tour. You will embark on an evening game drive, where the reserve’s wildlife diversity is truly astonishing. More than 450 species of animals, including lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, and numerous antelopes, thrive here.
Equally important, this is the location of the spectacular annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in Tanzania, in search of water and pasture. Following closely are the predators of the savanna—lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas, and vultures, all adding to the thrill of your Kenya wildlife photography adventures.

Day 4: Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve
Prepare for an exhilarating early morning game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Today is dedicated to full-day game viewing, with a packed lunch enjoyed at the famous Mara River. Alternatively, an optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost, providing a bird’s-eye view of the stunning landscapes and wildlife below.
Throughout your explorations, you will continue to encounter the rich tapestry of wildlife, ensuring you have numerous opportunities for breathtaking photographs. As the sun sets, the Mara transforms into a magical landscape filled with vibrant colors and the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 5: Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi
After a final breakfast at your lodge or camp, you may opt to visit a Masai village for a cultural dance experience for an additional USD 20 per person. Following this, depart for Nairobi, where you will arrive in the afternoon. You will then be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, concluding your incredible Kenya safari tours.
