Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Afternoon Game Drive

Your tour starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi hotel or Airport and drives towards Magical Masai Mara Game Reserve. This drive will take about 5 to 6.5 hours with a scenic stopover at Great Rift Valley. Arrive in Masai Mara shortly afternoon and check into your lodge/camp, have hot lunch and then depart for an afternoon game drive.

After the game drive, we head back to lodge/camp to reach by around 5:30 or 6:00 PM, freshen up and enjoy a freshly prepared Dinner. Overnight at your AA lodge.

Day 2 Magical Masai Mara – Full day game drives

Today’s itinerary is flexible and you can discuss it with your guide on the previous evening and plan for today’s schedule. You can either have a relaxed breakfast and depart for a full day game drive around 9:00 AM with packed lunch and return back to lodge late afternoon around 6:00 PM. Or you can depart at 6:00 AM on an early morning game drive (This is the best time to see the animals and a good chance to witness hunt/kill). Later return to the accommodation for breakfast and relax for a bit and depart on an afternoon game drive with packed lunch. You will stop at a picnic spot for having a packed lunch and later depart on a game drive till the park is closed. Around 6:00 PM return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Magical Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha – Morning game drives

Wake up early in the morning and have a short morning game drive in the park. Return to Camp/Lodge for Breakfast and around 9:30 AM checkout and Depart to Lake Naivasha which is about 5 hours’ drive.

Check-in to your camp/lodge and then proceed for a Boat Ride to Crescent Island where you will be doing a nature walk next to zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, waterbucks, antelopes, and many types of birds. Return back to your camp/lodges in Naivasha for dinner and overnight stay at Kongoni Lodge.

Day 4 Lake Naivasha to Amboseli NP

Enjoy an early breakfast and leave Lake Naivasha with a stopover at the great rift valley view point enroute. Another long and easy drive to Amboseli National Park branded the Kilimanjaro royal court. Arriving on time for lunch at the Lodge. Relax after lunch and proceed for an evening game drive thereafter. You will be amazed by the herds of free ranging elephants in this park. 4 of the big five are also residents in this park so you can expect a treat. Return to the lodge AA AMBOSELI LODGE (https://aalodges.com/aa-lodges/aa-amboseli/) for dinner and overnight at 1830hrs.

Day 5: Amboseli -Nairobi

Early morning game viewing to track the wild cat as they normally hunt and see the sunrise while on the park. Later we will return to the camp for full breakfast leave Amboseli National Park for or Email town for a few minutes’ stopover and lunch. Later proceed to Nairobi where you will be dropped at the airport to catch your flight home.
